    Happy new year my friend, I'm an unemployed guy living up in Pretoria and last year I started to make samosas from scratch with your pur recipe, all my close friends now order fairly regularly, I wanted to thank you for your guidence in prepping these little beauties, I charge the same as you but I must say R5 a samosa is very inexpensive considering the work that goes into them. I wouldn't change that as it's very satisfying when people bite into them and smile.some cooks say "just buy filo from the shop" but nothing beats the real thing!       Normally it's just flour and water mixed into a paste for glue
