Kayali Vanilla Royale Sugared Patchouli

This is not the typical fragrance I go for. I’m not a huge fan of oud and the oud in this is prominent but tolerable from the sweetness of the vanilla & brown sugar. A good beginner friendly oud. I do not see this fragrance as an elevated Vanilla28 but as a fragrance that stands on it own. I think this will grown on me more & more the more I wear it. Overall I do enjoy the fragrance and think it was done well. However, I do wish the golden rum note was more detectable because I love some booziness. I also hoped the crème brûlée note was stronger and came through more.

how would you compare this vanilla 28? would you say there’s a lot of vanilla in it, or like a hint.
