    Wow, what a magnificent place. I wonder how much it cost to maintain it. Pretty cool with so much history. LIKE 9. 👍👍👍

      Luckily, they reopened their doors, and they are booked most days now. I hope it has another 100 + years. The building is beautiful and has so much history. The lobby is so impressive. Thanks for watching! 🙂

      We loved this old hotel! It had so much history that was lost. It's definitely worth a visit! Thanks for watching! 🙂

      Sunglasses are from Amazon, 30 bucks. After losing too many expensive glasses, you have to shop cheap lol. The hotel was really interesting. Tomorrow, we are uploading the tour we took with the hotel’s historian. We had such a fun day! Thanks for watching! 🙂

    What a wonderful tour of the Belleview Inn, Mike and Nicole. Looks like an absolutely beautiful place to stay with an intriguing history! We love that area in Florida too. We visit Clearwater Beach quite often. Love the manatees! Beautiful Inn and lovely amenities. Thanks so much for bringing us along.

      We love the area! We had our honeymoon on Clearwater beach many years ago, so we love returning in July. We did not know about this hotel until they rebuilt it or might have stayed here. It is such a beautiful hotel with a vibrant past. We both love visiting old places and learning about all the history. Thanks for stopping by and watching this video! 🙂

      We loved this hotel! The only thing is we wished we had seen it when it was a bigger hotel. Mike and I love staying in old hotels all around Fl. We even stayed in some old places in Louisiana and Mississippi. Love hearing all the stories about the place!

    Thank you both for sharing such a wonderful walkthrough of the Bellview Inn! Your attention to detail and warm commentary really brought the place to life. The history and charm of the hotel came through beautifully in your video. It’s clear how much care you put into creating this tour, and it’s much appreciated. This has definitely put the Bellview Inn on my list of must-visit places. Keep up the great work!

      @dankind64 thank you! This place was amazing! We would have loved to see it in its original form, but we're happy they saved even just a small part of it. Our favorite part was swimming in the pool and just staring up at the old hotel. Definitely recommended taking the history tour when you visit. Contact the hotel and ask when they will have it on your stay. You learn so much about the place. 🙂

    Interesting way to support the upper floors! Loved the older place, this was too cool to see! Thank you for taking us along with you! Glad they saved part of the older hotel.

      We never knew this existed until a few years ago. It would have been amazing to see the old hotel. The place is still worth a visit. Affordable luxury! Thanks for watching! 🙂

      @@FloridaandBeyond Yeah it was so cool to see! We visited the Jacaronda in Avon Park, FL but did not stay there. Let us know if you ever watch that video!

      @PrimeTimeTravelers we will check it out! We have stayed in a bunch of old hotels. It is kind of one of our favorite things to do along with spring swimming or swimming in general.

      It looked amazing! We knew nothing about it until just a few years ago. Mike and I want to do another night here one day. It is an incredible place. Thank you for the recommendation on the restaurant! 🙂

    The building must not have had a basement if they moved it all. I’d imagine a place like that would have a wine cellar.

    • @FloridaandBeyond
      @FloridaandBeyond  11 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      They actually moved it off the original foundation, which had the basement and built it a new foundation. When you are in the new basement, look up to see the original flooring/ceiling of the hotel. Unfortunately, only parts of the hotel are still there. It is still a romantic and relaxing hotel. It is definitely worth a trip at least once. 🙂

      The original hotel did , It had a wine celler, after the hotel was closed, they had Coyote living there.... They are lucky to have been able to keep part of the hotel
