In the mid 60's when the Old Market started being what it is now, you could go down there and there was a jam session in just about every store! I would show up with my guitar (Pic) and there would be 6 guitar players a drum set but no drummer so I learned to play drums. Same thing with the bass and so on. Thank you Old Market for making me a muti talented musician. Omaha has always had a wealth of talented musicians. Buddy Miles was my fav :) I heard that now days you need a permit to even play on a corner! WTF? It's all about the $$$$$$$$$ :(
