Well!!! I just had my AhHa moment! MY Epiphany... As a classical singer, I know the power of connecting words with the technic of swallowing consonnants and even vowels... It is the number one technic to have a melodious, emotional, continuous, uninterrupted musical phrasing, exactly like the birds. They carry their music on the breath. The most stunning is that the perfection of spoken American English as well is NOT at all in pronouncing all letters and syllables word by word, as written, but in "grouping" and connecting words in one single sound. What we singers call the "Italian Legato". I GOT IT! YES!!! All I need to do, to feel the contentment of speaking the language, will be to sing my speech, focus on the artistic and emotional rendition of the message instead of spelling out each syllable in a cold and neutral fashion. This is LIFE-CHANGING!!!! WOW!!!!

This analysis is for the master, Simon's speech is mount Everest and I'm climbing from sea level, not the base camp. The good in this is that the journey will take more than a lifetime and I can think of nothing nicer than English to study the rest of my life to keep strong neurons and an active and healthy brain.

Hi Hadar. You're an epitome of how brilliant someone can get with perseverance at something they aim for. I'd like you to keep posting more and more videos to help learners just the way you do everytime with new content. You'd be amazed to know if in case you read this message that I was expecting someone to surely pick any of Simon Sinek's interview to teach as an example of how to sound like a native and to my amazement you just did that. Surely something did click between our thought process that you too chose him to make a video.

Hey Hadar! Your explanation is another level for English learners. I mean , you have an excellent material and deep analysis. I don't know if everyone can get what you mean. To be honest, advanced learners with a LOT of practice can get it. I just had a glimpse ... Maybe it's like this phrase: Practice makes everyone perfect.

What a very good work done! I don't know if we are taught to be conscious of this important part of learning a language. Even in a native idiom we find people who speak like a linear sound. I think that's why is difficult to understand English when you have a teacher who puts the way of the native language he/she speaks into another language she's teaching. Thanks.

Awesome teaching and anaysis! As an ex-pat of many years I'm finally trying to get rid of my complex Transatlantic accent! This is invaluable and I've taken detailed notes! Thank you so very much for your awesome channel!!! I've listened to that guy before and imo he knows nothing about the so called "millennial" generation. He speaks in gross generalizations. I work in education, and overall, the millennial generation is, for example, becoming very receptive to cell phone safety, cell phone use and the importance of working. I could take you to any fast food chain to witness teens working hard for minimum wages. As a teen of the '80's most of us didn't even take part-time jobs! And as for low self esteem; if anything it's higher than ever. Manners are lacking in many of them, but shouldn't that start at home?
