Hi, sorry to hear all 3 are faulty. The reason why we don't offer this service outside the UK is because of the customs charges on top of the shipping. We would both get stung with it bothways and there is no real wayto predict the customs charges. This is very frustrating for both sides.

Hey man, can you please show us ow to do our own back buttons and where to solder the wires to the motherboard. I don't have a few hundred bucks laying around. If you manage to do a vid with my comment as the reference that would be great!

Great video, subbed. I'm in the united states sadly, so I'm going to try and fix mine, is that 30 awg wire? If not, can you please tell me what kind of wire you used for the back buttons because its thicker than the wire on the smart trigger switches. Also while we're at it, what kind of wire is that for the smart triggers? I'm looking for the diameter really I don't want to use thicker wires if I don't have to.

Great vid! Absolutely love it. I wanted to try and add my own custom buttons since I don't have 200 to spend on a controller right now. I was wonder if the mapping of the buttons is as easy as soldering it to the respective node on the circuit board?
Thank you. You are correct, on these "static flex's" the mapping is exactly that, where you solder the signal wire will be that button and the flex is labled. If it where a button re-mapper you solder it any pad and sort out the assignment through config.

What kind of micro switch did you use?
Is that just a regular Xbox motherboard? Could I add back buttons myself to a base Xbox controller to save money?

This controller definitely looks like someone else opened it and tried to fix it. Battlebeaver does a much cleaner job than this.
What drill bit is that?
Heat the hot glue with hair dryer & it'll pull right off. No mess, no fuss.
No no no... heat up hot glue and you have all the mess you want! I use IPA since it pulled off in chunks!
Hair dryer doesn't heat to melting point. Just makes it soft enough to peal like an orange. Plucking it with a driver is dangerous to you & the equipment.
+ you don't heat from the glue side; you heat from the back side of the case.
Where can I purchase the back buttons?

I can assure you all battle beaver did not make this mess. Somebody else did. I have been inside both of my battle beaver controllers and everything is perfectly clean and neat.
