I’ll have to say that Japanese bands are the best in Asia when it comes to rock, metal, funk, jazz&fusion, post-punk, pop, etc. and this is a good example.
I love that this genre took off in Japan and is keeping it alive. The shoegaze scene died a long, long, long time ago in the west sadly. Glad albums by bands like My Bloody Valentine, Slowdive, etc, made it over to the far east and and inspired so many bands to carry on the sound. Great music! Will be listening to your stuff on Spotify for sure!
respectfully disagree man shoegaze in the west is going pretty hard -- julie, narrow head, glare, alison's halo (on tour w panchiko in the coming months) -- if u haven't listened to them u should check them out !

@@Leahi84 personally bro, the mindset of "nothing like it was" undermines the scene. music changes, evolves, and you're just not gonna get another my bloody valentine and slowdive era. slowdive played at my state, and had Wisp, a new shoegaze band open for them. the live was fucking great, the people were estatic, and its clear the olds are recognizing the new shit thats happening. comparing the two is just kinda unfair, they're both drastically different sounds.
I randomly discovered this band, however I really enjoy their work! The instrumental feels familiar and catchy, along with great vocals blending nicely. Keep up the work, I'm sure to enjoy more music instore! Also, what a stunning vintage music video.
