    Five stances Wu Bu Quan Tutorial in detail by Master Yan Xin.
    Wu Bu Quan Form a introduction the Five Most important stances of Chinese Martial Arts, they are
    Gong Bu弓步, Bow stance.
    Ma Bu马步, Horse stance.
    Xie Bu斜步, Twist stance, cross stance or rest stance.
    Pu Bu扑步, Crouch stanceor flat stance.
    Xu Bu虚, Cat stancce or empty stance.
    And three hands posture which are
    Zhang 掌, Palm.
    Quan 拳, Fist.
    Gou Shou 勾手, Hook.
    This short routine form aim for improve stances, balance control and whole body coordination, that make your foundation strong.
    when you practice slow motion that improve the strength of your stances and stamina.
    when you practice slightly quick motion that improve your coordination between your stances and your arms.
    These fundamental movement like A,B,C,D of English.

    五步拳是学习武术入门的基本拳术组合。 它 包含了武术中最基本的弓、马、仆、虚、歇五种步型和拳、掌、勾三种手型。 五步拳是由弓步、马步、仆步、虚步、歇步五种步型结合及上步,退步步法和搂手、冲拳、­按掌、 穿掌、挑掌、架打、盖打等手法进行的组合练习,简称五步拳。通过五步拳的练习可以增进­身体的协调能力,掌握动作与动作之间的衔接要领,提高动作质量。为进一步学习武术打下­基础。
    五步拳大约上世纪80年代出现,原为查拳的基本功,据悉是张文广宗师所编。最早不叫五­步拳,而叫“五种步型的动作组合”,后来简称“五步拳”,为按照现代长拳风格而编写的­动作组合。

    I am very late watching your teaching, is very nice and high effort to step by step is s saying you are a good master. Now i am 57, since my college days i very much to learn 'kung fu' due to family situation i only learn Te kwando up to Red Belt at the age of 23, can i practice under your teaching in this age, i will not go for any fight, however, this practice gives confidence , calm mind, kindly give me your suggestions . I am practicing yoga till date, and i am free from Sugar, BP any other dieses .

    Teacher in a seminar I was told about it not to extend his fists to the fullest because they can be broken elbow joint, it is true ???

      This...and it damages your joints on the long run, if you always extend your arms when striking.
