Everyone’s going on about Mitch and Kristie changing (hair) styles every video and it made me realise Scott is the most consistent with his hair. If you think about it :
-Mitch shaved his head in 2016 and grew a mullet.(Plus a selection of varying facial hair styles)
-Kirstie gets her hair dyed every other day of the week.
-Kevin grew his hair.
-Avi went bald and black (this is a joke I love both Matt and Avi)
Meaning that Scott has been the most consistent with his hair staying the same since 2015 (plus a very good beard).
Scott shaved Mitch's hair in a Superfruit video, he's had the mullet for about two years (may 2020) and he had his hair dyed three times over the course of two years...

Q: Where is Avi?
A. In May 2017, Pentatonix uploaded a Facebook video in which Avi Kaplan announced his decision to leave Pentatonix. He loves them, but he couldn't keep up with their fast pace, and he didn't want them to have to slow down for his sake. His last concert with PTX was on September 3, 2017. Avi now makes music at his own pace with his folk band, Avriel & the Sequoias. They have one EP out; you can look them up on TH-cam.
Q: Who's the new guy?
A: His name is Matt Sallee. He sang bass with Pentatonix on their Christmas tour of 2017, and now he's officially Pentatonix's newest member.
Q: Why does Kirstin look different? Did she get lip injections?

Matt Sallee is killing it here. He's blending incredibly well with the group, really matches the vibe of Pentatonix of someone who's genuinely having fun. His voice is like butter and his bass really rounds out the group like his predecessor Avi. I can't wait until he gets a chance to carry a solo!

Although people may say that Pentatonix "Will never be the same without Avi" I think that Matt fits in really well. Yes, Avi leaving was pretty major, but Matt fills the gap nicely. He has that charm like Avi did.
EDIT: Although Matts "style" is much different from Avi's, He still harmonizes great with everyone. They are both extremely good in their own ways.
But people love pentatonix with Avi's ways, not saying the Matts is bad

Now I’m not saying Matt is bad I think he’s great, amazing actually but could he sing “hallelujah” and “imagine” just like Avi... I don’t think so.
Blazing Curry they ALL had a part to get where they are now, Avi wasn't the only reason why they've gotten so big. Matt is also doing a great job, I don't think Avi is a huge fan of pop music so I feel like he wouldn't really have enjoyed doing this album, while Matt brings a very modern spin to the group and this album! 😊
