Is it worth switching from i5 4460 to xeon e3 1270 v3? My graphics card is rx580 and e3 1270. Is the i7 4770 or 4790 powerful?My second question is, how many average fps can I get in RDR2 with xeon e3 1270 v3 rx580 8gb?
