Is there meant to be an extra top cap to insert into the hole where the springloaded reservoir screw used to be? It's a bit weird having all the other top caps fitted but a hole at the back exposed
Hello, thank you for putting out this video, it is very informative. I am in the process of plumbing in my Bianca with a BWT filter system (Best Protect with flex head). I have found that my machine is significantly louder when running off of the main water line. When the machine is on the tank it is 55 decibels. On the mains it is 85 decibels. I am using the elbow side of the hose on the machine to go directly through the counter. I have wrapped the the hex fitting of the hose with a rubber band to prevent rattling. At idle the pump gauge reads 3 bars of pressure. I have adjusted the pump to be at 10 bars of pressure when it is running. I have held the panels of the machine to try and determine if a panel was loose but everything is tight. Is there anything else I can do to make the machine more quiet?

Agreed.

How do you descale it once it's plumbed in?
I think they recommend professionally descaling this machine. It's a double boiler so getting the descaler onto both boilers requires a proper service
