quick questions regarding the model, when I search this Bianca online, I can see "Bianca MP", "Bianca PL162T", now I can see"Bianca V2"...what are the differences?
Hi Roc Xu, the full name of this coffee machine is Bianca PL162T. Bianca V2 is a way to identify the same model of machine but with the new software. Take care! Lelit team
Lelit Bianca is a result of our desire of creating something without following the classical preconceptions. We have given space to the user’s knowledge and potential. Bianca can brew at a constant pressure or at a higher pressure, for the needed time. Look for the result, not for the way to achieve it.
@@LELIT_Official I totally get that, if brewing espresso at 11 bars is actually better. But there's no research or debate about pushing the brew pressure beyond the conventional 9 bars. If anything, the advent of flow control and pressure profiling makes the opposite case: that brewing less than 9 bars can be better.
Hello, the video is dated 2018, so this this the very first Bianca. At the moment we produce the V2, released back in Jan2020. Thank you for asking! LELIT team

@@LELIT_Official Thx for reply. What is EC? I don't want to change it, but I would like to know what temperature the PID shows? Is it the water temperature comming from grouphead or temperature inside boiler?
In the Bianca machine, the temperature is detected by the NTC sensor assembled in the coffee boiler.
