I personally like the Pinnacle Soft. Great feel, minimal spin on the green, just stops on the green. Being made by Titleist. The true feel is the same ball as the Pinnacle, just cost more.
I'm mildly colorblind...I've reached a point where my ball choice is determined as much by color as by price or performance...hi-vis yellow, preferably with a slight metallic or pearlescent touch, or else an extremely matte finish. The balls I've found that fit that category aren't on this list and they generally aren't considered "premium", either...they may not have the best performance, but I can see where they go (most of the time, at least), which means a lot fewer penalties for lost balls.

The best ball for high handicappers is a cheap one so you don't mind loosing them!
