Too Soon for Negotiations: Haring on Ukraine Aid

Melinda Haring, Atlantic Council Nonresident Senior Fellow, shares her insight on what the most likely passing of Ukraine aid in Congress means to Ukrainians on the battlefield. She states that this aid will give Ukrainians some breathing room, and breaks down why this funding will not be used to strengthen Ukraine's position at the negotiating table.
