1st the Product that comes out if the trim press is a average of 100 shot per min..1 packer will pack 4 lanes , Packers r also required to get there own boxes tape , bag & off load onto pallet.. Usually average line runs 60 skids per 12 hr shift
I worked at genpak as a packer for 10 years, if we ran this slow even on p.e.t, we'd never get anything done. Also safety could be improved heavily, if those are irwins, irwin has retrofit fits for 40 on up series trim presses.

Chocolate factory pay is very cheap salary. Why wouldn’t you apply on Cascade or Crown Package? You rather apply on two of these jobs, and you will get more well pay than you’re going to work for Chocolate factory. I’ve been working in Chocolate factory before. At the first day, I came to work for Chocolate factory Purdy, and I felt very interesting. Year in and year out, they didn’t have increase the salary as much as I thought. After that, I felt bored, so I didn’t want to work in Chocolate factory anymore. And then I moved over Cascade factory, I took two years to work for Cascade, and I’ve got $32.09 for now.
