Parowan is a small town right along I-15, 232 miles south of Salt Lake City, and 189 miles northeast of Las Vegas. This little town of 3100 people was founded in 1851, making Parowan "The Mother Town" of Southern Utah and bursting at the seams with a rich history!

Have you ever been to Parowan?
Yes! We went to the cafe with the “original” cinnamon roll. It’s a cool place!
Just passed through here and it’s so cute. The Mountain View lodge is where I stayed. So clean, decorated nicely. Hope I’m back
Is the weather different from Cedar City? Looking for less snow... Retiring soon, want less HEAT than St George but no snow either.... Great video.!!

Love how captioning turns Parowan into Heroin!! Probably not much in the way of night life, fine dining, wine tasting. (even if you include Cedar City)

Parowan has some good restaurants, probably not classified as fine dining. Cedar City has some great restaurants and an incredible winery. Check out I/G Winery if you'd like to do some wine tasting. Tell them I sent you!
If you move here please don’t try and change or make it bigger.
So you could live in Parawan and enjoy small town living , 15 minutes to Cedar for medium city resources , an hour to St G for bigger city stuff, and two hours to Vegas for anything else! Sounds perfect!
