Just in the last 15 minutes, this guy has more projects than he has years left on this earth,lol

He should start finding buyers for these cars before they are too far gone to restore. He is not likely to get many done in the remainder of his lifetime. Let someone else enjoy them before it's too late.
Always love junkyard adventures. Wonder if these gentlemen ever actually get anything built or are they just hoarders?

No shortage of projects , talk about a Field Of Dreams , this is it. Lots of cool cars to work on and make unique, hope someone fulfills some of them.

There are trees growing through half of his stuff, the flower car is the only one remotely restored, at least it has plants in the back.
Be honest, you either are asking far more then anyone is willing to pay or you like to collect iron oxide.
I'm so glad there are guys like this out there. Even if he never gets to these projects, they will still be there for others. Lots of great stuff.

Realistic solution: A) Choose 3 projects and focus on them in your remaining years. B) Sell, scrap or junk every remaining piece of metal on the property. C) Enjoy your life. D) Take care of your health. E) Enjoy your retirement. Gasoline will be expensive and limited in a decade.

what a wonderful junkyard to tour through! it is filled with dozens of vehicles that many people would pay top money to have a chance of owning one for a rebuild or project car. too bad the owner seems to think he has the time and funds and manpower to restore most if not all of them, "when he gets around to it." as you travel through life you will run into people like him, all talk and zero action. he should let chad buy anything he wants and then watch and see what happens next. chad would jump at that chance and turn some of these rusty hulks into showpieces instead of dishing out truckloads of bull doo-doo. hi jolene, great camera work as usual. glad that no critters jumped out of the bushes at you in that yard!

Field of dreams right there. Was a guy here that had over 150 cars from early 40s through to late 70s wouldn't sell a thing and when he passed the family used them as land fill some of those cars are worth in excess of $200k now when restored, the worse one would have taken about 50G to restore it today, seen that sort of thing happen twice in my life such a pitty
With much respect and admiration to him for his car collection, he has more projects than time to complete just a portion of them. Hard decisions need made about what builds are important and how to sell off the remaining ones to other car enthusiast. Obviously these cars will rot setting in the ground and break apart when moved. Regardless, cool stuff. I’d want the Cadillac funeral truck.
just like a 100 other old car hoarders wants big money for money pits , has lots of grand ideas but what he and others don't count on is this TIME WAITS FOR NO ONE! he is lucky the local government ain't on his ass to scrap most of it ! look at the guy in BC ? they made him cleanout his hoard of cars!

Glad I'm not the only guy that notices the bigger f trucks. Flower car is rare and cool. Camera work was flawless ass usual(props to your girl)

After watching it to the end I felt kinda bad for the og as he was just talking & most all those rigs will rot into the ground because of his "big plans". He should sell about 1/3 of them to finance his gold mine town project.

These guys would go nuts here in Mexico. Some of the junkyards have very old cars, but because they sit in the desert, Some are virtually rust free.

Would of been nice to see just one of the cars he said he was going to build and has. I noticed how Chad was looking at the cars but asking about parts more and the comments that got from the other guys, like they were priming him to ask about a car, if he would sale this or that. Chad wasn't having any part of that. If that is going to happen it isn't going to happen on camera.

Probably one of the best episodes to date watching Chad process in all it's natural glory and even though we couldn't see Jolene you could tell by her voice that it was like watching a little kid in a candy store. Seeing Chad quite was just a classic in itself as he was overwhelmed with the beauty and just taking in all the goodness. Not being an a-hole but the host, dreamer, big mouth just spoiled it as knowledge was good but talked like he was 20 years old with a crackers up his ass- we call these people wankers in Australia and although you need a dream it is also a vision and strength as I believe his talk is just talk and it's cheap- although if Chad and Jolene had a crew with the same set vision I could actually maybe believe it. Excellent work Chad & Jo

When the owner dies his family members will sell everything to the scrapper! That's what happens when you hoard cars your whole life! That's what is happening to junkyard all over the globe

IMO if the guy really cared about preserving those cars they would be on a gravel covered lot blocked up or better yet under a large roofed building, I don't see him building much, but drinking beer seems to be his calling....

I've seen a thousand projects that he has plans for, and will never get done. It's sad that the possibilities here are endless, but the realities are depressing. A place where glorious hot rods go to die.

I get the urge to search but just not the need , mid 80s diesel Mercedes , Once every 2 to 3 months I’ll online search, projects are lightly in need but most everything I be got , just finding in my own mini junkyard is the trick . This place is amazing ,a lot of ideas as the owner is still a kid at heart , love that
