Great video, I’ve got to check Solitude out this season, curious do you know if they allow E-MTB’s? I know Park City still has not warmed up to it all together, even though Deer Valley seems to allow it this year.
Your motor sport skill is really showing here. I don’t even watch F1 or Le Mans on tv on a regular basis. But I can see the handle bar control alone shows. Impressive!
You definitely want to use almost all of the travel available. If you didn't feel the rear shock bottom out, that O ring shows it's perfect for the time being. It looks like you have a good inch of unused fork travel. That'd be about five to ten psi less. Rebound is awesome for boosting the jumps but it can also buck you off(not fun) If you have a chance, sign up for a skills clinic. They'll get your position and technique optimized in a high speed game
Give yourself some credit man you’re a good biker!! I have really enjoyed watching these last couple of vids just started a job in a bike shop at Taos Ski Valley. Biking is super intimidating but I really want to get into it and your vids are helping me get stoked!
Pretty cool... What was coming to mind was how I can get overconfident because the equipment is so good.. I don't have a bike yet but with my Nordica Enforcer 104 Free that those skis can handle anything but my body can't;) I gotta work my body to be able to handle it..
Have you checked your sag when you first got the bike? Ideally you want to use 25-30% of your travel under your own weight with your kit and water on. it helps a ton man! Keep shredding man, love the vids!
Just got my first bike Tuesday. A Stumpy Evo. And my eyes are wide open realizing how cool utah is for Mountain Biking. Now I just need to find a community of riders.
I'm glad that those rocks near the bottom of Moonbeam are safe and unhurt after my board made contact with them in January. Since my board had a few minor scrapes I was really worried that the rocks were damaged in the impact.
fun day out there on the bike for the first park day of the year! DV up next!
Drive up Big Cottonwood Canyon for skiing? 🚫

Thanks! There’s definitely a ton of crossover between racing and downhill biking imo
welcome Lucas!
Sick video thanks for sharing
Yah thanks for watching
very disappointing that they made the season pass as expensive as it is with how few trails are open.

Thank you!
hey bro what chest protector do you use? It looks super lightweight and comfortable
Fox raceframe roost
Seems like there should be a combined pass for Solutide/Deer Valley.
That would be nice!

Great to see the bike content! I have been waiting for a really good breakdown of the solitude bike park to come out.
LFG Panthers..... Let's freaking go biking❤❤❤

Good point! The equipment is often better than our skill!
I’ve been skiing at DV for 8 years the the winter views and experience never fail to amaze me, will NOT be missing that video.
Ya the view is great!

sick bike man!! such good riding out here in utah.
That's awesome Solitude opened a bike park. Those tech trails should wear in over the next couple of seasons.
Agree! They’ll only get better!
So sick Lucas! Love seeing you back on the bike. If your rear shock keeps feeling soft, add a volume spacer. That could help too.
Thanks Shawn! I’d love to eventually switch over to a coil

Lmao
Great way to be starting the bike season I am still trying to keep the skiing alive though was up near solitude today skiing.
Nice man love that!
Skied 25 days at solitude this year. So weird seeing it like that in the summer especially going up the lift
Agree man. Summer is always a trip
Didn’t even know Solitude had a bike park. Gonna have to check it out. Looks fun.
Hell yea. Enjoy!
Now I need to go to Utah Motorsport! Porsches for days! Thanks for sharing.
Yup! Pretty cool stuff going on over there
Well you're really moving through there pretty quickly Wow
Fun!
Awesome bro, what a beautiful place in the spring/summer!

Video quality is amazing . Great job Lucas
thanks paul!!
Planning on doing to big mountain trail at snowbird this summer?
I woulda but I don’t think they allow bikes on the tram anymore
That snow has gone! Probably no Bird on the 4th.
Maybe up top it’s still possible!
Loving these MTB vids man! Keep em coming!
Glad you like them!
Bike season is here!
Flow is sick but I love the skill tech trails take!
Agree man! I really love the tech too!
MTB scares the shiz out of me lmao.
