    I have some doubts , we inhale air for 3 to 5 seconds then we should speak while exhaling slowly or take a breath for few seconds hold it, speak and then exhale ? I'll appreciate your answer.

      Hi, we always slowly exhale as we are speaking. Save the air and slowly release it so that it lasts till the end of the phrase. In real life, you won't have time to inhale for 3-5 seconds. maybe just 1 second. But for this exercise, you can spend longer on inhaling, to make sure you are getting a full breath of air.
