Do you imagine people will even care about the cars being made today in 60 years to make vlogs about them? There are so few with any character, it's always nice to see what you've dug up.
what could possibly be better than finally getting a moment to sit down, eat some supper and catch up on some of your cool videos!
Nice Bel Air.
That's a Beautiful 55". I liked the old convertibles. They were a lot harder to come by even back then.
I like the little bow ties on the hub caps...good job
A true piece of Americana. My aunt's brother has three of the 55's- 2 door post, 2 door hardtop, and a convertible. The convertible is a mess, needs to be completely gone through.
@BuschTukkerMan Thanks for the support as always. Glad you're liking them.
You definitley don't see many 55 or 56 convertibles!! For a square car it sure has alot of character. I always liked the airplane hood ornament.
What a very nice vehicle indeed!
Awesome car!
Another beautifuil Chevy.
@w1037 I agree it would be great to have the correct style battery in there. It's a very slick car overall though. Thanks for checking it out.
.....6, or 12 V. ? and how much amps???....
@TheShadowMaster98 Thanks for checking it out!
I'd take the motor and bore it to a 283. A 265 and 283 use the same block and with a 283 you get a 1hp per cubic inch so still would be somewhat original.
@pearsonba350 You're exactly right....doesn't get any more American than a mid 50's Chevy.
@azzarbprime I agree completely, she is a beauty for sure.
@pulse0000 Thanks for checking it out my friend.
@4fulsealteam Have to pick you up one of these someday.
@RamblinAround No problem! :)
Great car !!! people spend so much time and effort to restore a car and do such a great job on it ,,and it is truly a very very nice job ,,,but than go and put a $35.00 battery from walmart in it !!! they make the correct repro battery for the 55 chevy why do all the work and blow it on a item like a battery,,but good job on the resto
my uncle has one real classic
@OldsCutlass1978 I could see doing that....get a little more power and nobody would know the difference looking at it.
wow, quite expensive for a car that was worth $5000 back in the day.
