Cool home and Kelly sounds like a lovely neighbor - but you can say all these great things about your home without praising gentrification and discrediting heritage (especially if you're reducing it to an undesirable aesthetic)!
This is most unusual design of a house I have ever seen, really beautiful and spacious. It looks like a little museum which you can discover surprise here and there. ^^
Well done la Stacked Homes for featuring Kelly Latimer’s home!!! The content from this channel is getting better better!!! You guys deserve alot more subscribers !!
what a nice approach to let the owner represents the home, it gives us the viewers a further understanding of the place and their owners view why they customized it!
Absolutely! Having the owner present the home adds a personal touch and a deeper understanding of the thought and care that went into customizing the space.
Can’t say it’s my style but I can appreciate it being lovely and full of character for many. But what’s so eye catching for me is the vibe I’m getting … the mother son relationship between Kelly and her boy. You can tell the boy is gonna grow up with enough wonderful childhood memories to last 3 lifetimes!
I love how they have thrown out all the so called design rules of how a house should be and just made something that works for them and the climate and just also happens to be beautiful.
Amazing transformation. Nvr knew it is possible to turn dark drabby old dwellings into such bright cheery pads. Absolutely love the public space - particularly the kitchen Delightful, charming and welcoming. Also find the set of arch glass windows of varied heights exciting.
Love the vibe and the baby 😂❤️ My favorite place is the dining room that overlooks the garden. The space is functional for the host - she sounds like she entertains guests very often. I'd probably choose a less open space design for my own place in the future since I'm such an introvert 🫢
Everything is so functional, I love it!! It makes me realize that I should really aim for functionality in my future home rather than just trying to have the most aesthetic space. I love this home, I haven't even visited but it still feels warm and inviting.
What a fantastic home & neighborhood… love all the light, the artwork. A perfect blend of sophistication & real world live-ability. Me encanta, me antoja… Also LOVED the mix of old and new architecture in that neighborhood.
Loved the mesh kitchen cabinets. What I didn't like was the proximity of the guest powder room to the kitchen. However, it comes across as a joyful home with many interesting features.
that is why i prefer when designers present the house. There is a lot of buzzwords in this video that really dont mean anything. I would love to see a plan view, and to hear more about that operable wall system functionality and setup options.
This is beautiful, makes me want to live in a shophouse and in such a neighbourhood as well🙏🏼 I love the pop of colours throughout the house, really amazing!
Ahhh thanks Stacked Homes … I used to frequent this area and saw this nicely done house and even talked to Kelly’s husband … didn’t know at that time that it’s Kelly’s abode!
The video editing really is beautiful and reflects the owner herself, house and everything is going to be an inspiration for my future house, I do want the smart glass function ☺️
It was the first time i see the video from this channel and totally liked it, the host vibe are phenomenal. The house surprisingly fit most of my ideal house except the kitchen cause i like to see everything in one glanced. The wood finishes at private area is soo nice and pretty. Loved it
Very challenging plot. Definitely a great place for children to run about. Would be nice to have some windows for the rooms though but again how are you going to deal with the loss of privacy. I guess this design was finally decided to allows maximum light to brighten up the whole house.
The most important thing that should be on everyone's mind currently should be to invest in different sources of income that doesn't depend on the government. Especially with the current economic crisis around the world. This is still a good time to invest in various stocks, Gold, silver and digital currencies. I never imagined that a few thousand dollars per month would add up. However, it is. I've made around $870,000 since 2020.
Before investing, I would highly recommend you to read a few books. Books like Common stock and uncommom profits and the intelligent investor. They will help you a lot
Over the past three years, I have been working with a professional who has provided daily guidance on my investment decisions. With their expert analysis, I have realized gains of over $1 million. Their insights have helped me avoid losses and capitalize on market breakthroughs, particularly during downtrends.
I'm been guided by *Jenny Pamogas Canaya* who is widely recognized for her competence and expertise in the financial market. She has a thorough understanding of portfolio diversification and is regarded as an authority in this field.
Jenny really seem to know her stuff. I found her website, read through her resume, educational background, qualifications and it was really impressive. She is a fiduciary who will act in my best interest. So, I booked a session with her.....
Kelly is a lovely animated host and I appreciate the amount of effort that has been put into creating this home; but when I watch this house tour, something about it gives me mild anxiety
@@jont2576 I guess there's too much going on in the house; brain on overdrive, can't tune out even in the bathroom😐 I'm no Marie Kondo, but I do understand why psychological research shows clutter causes distress n anxiety
@@clt2744 it's too goddam bright and cheery lol if u ask me,and overdone and kinda forced like the personality of the owner...something about women like her that just gives u anxiety. Nothing about the house is cozy or warmth at all,it's weird, too big, there's too much empty space everywhere, the rooms don't feel like rooms,it's a goddam shophouse FFS. IV seen $5000 tiny houses that looks incredibly gorgeous and warm and cozy and whoever did it had an amazing sense of colour and aesthetics without it being overwhelming.I might have the TH-cam video saved somewhere from years ago. This house probably cost upwards of 5 to 10 million dollars yet....
Wow, well designed with lovely interiors and wood panelling. The house looks more like a hip American house. Must have spent an absolute bomb on renovations. The French windows is brilliant. Only downside I see is security.
I totally love the long corridor in the private space. The outdoor patio is lovely but maybe a small shortened fence would make it less 'public'. Curious about upstairs though And haha, I think I can already detect a hint of Singaporean accent there.

This puts everything else before to shame. And I can't unsee this to love the rest of the homes ahead. What have you done, Stacked Home?

Glad you love it!
You're actually describing interior design, and they hired an interior designer to help them, which is awesome!
Everytime I see her home featured on her IG, it always pertains to her home flooding during the rainy season
Amazing transformation. Nvr knew it is possible to turn dark drabby old dwellings into such bright cheery pads. Absolutely love the public space - particularly the kitchen

Thanks for watching, Lynn! We hope you enjoyed watching the video. ☺️
Gate? LOL, it's prison bars on the windows/doors. What a way to live. So vibrant.
Loads of authenticity and personality. Well done. Lovely warm home, with practical solutions. The best part is the authenticity
We couldn't agree more! 💯

Drinking game time! Take a shot every time she says, "space"!
😂 Knock yourself out!
Lol she's afraid someone could be lurking through her corridor, meanwhile she's spying on her kids through a double mirror vanity, I love it

I like that area. I stayed there nearby and loved it.
Thank you Alison 😊
