When you escape German police you have to pay for everything youre breaking during the chase. For example: one piece of street bumb rail costs about 1000€.

You have other tires to compensate for the flat one. Whereas having all 4 flat you can't, therefore you lose control.

Would of most likely been a stolen car without insurance
Driving on a provisional, if that was his only offence, would ordinarily be a summons to court, and not an arrest, however he committed multiple offences and therefore gets arrested for all of them. If he was just driving normally and got stopped, with a provisional license, and no one supervising him or L plates not displayed then he'd be reported to court under court summons, and if the car was not insured to be driven by anyone else present then it would be seized too.
The arrest is only used when there's a necessity to do so, known as PACE Code G. You wouldn't ordinarily arrest someone for a summary only offence, which driving other than in accordance (provisional is). Disqualified driving on the other hand, almost always results in an arrest, unless there is a good reason not to.

@@foullily8325 Doesn't mean anything if they don't know who you are. Capturing a face on body worn video or CCTV is pointless unless someone can identify that person. Otherwise they just circulate the image in the hope that someone in the force recognises them.

@@johnnygray2801 Of course, the problem with that is that it is only of any use if you are already known to police and they have your DNA on file. A first time offender for instance, who has never been arrested or charged with any offence, will not have their DNA or fingerprints on any police systems, and therefore a search using DNA or prints found at the scene won’t return any matches.
The problem is he will get such a light sentence that it serves as no deterrent.

N/S/F Alloy was a completely different wheel. Idk on sizes but the alloy on the other size looked to be at least 17" - If that n/s/f tyre was flat and that was the spare, I dread to think what the rest of the car was like.

@@Fordmister Anyone in the pursuit is obviously pursuit trained, otherwise they'd be steering miles clear of it. No officer who isn't pursuit trained wants to be anywhere near a pursuit, especially one in the region of 90+ mph.

More evidence that driving bans have litle effect. The only ones who obey the bans are people who normally respect the law, but have momentary lapses in judgement. Prolific criminals like this shit keep driving with or without a license. All they risk is a low fine and further bans, compounding the absurdity.

Well 1 you don't simply shut those cameras off, any time the camera is turned off you will be asked about it to know why and they will check the footage to know why. On top of that, yh the show may cut put footage but that not deleting evidence because the unedited and untouched recordings will still be in the hands of police.

and this is exactly why speed cameras are for making revenue only. yes he might have been going 5 mph over the limit and got a ticket but it wouldnt know the driver was uninsured or that he didnt even have a licence to drive it. Police in cars like this can know all that when they pull the offender and have them off the road straight away.
