    These are terrific!! About a month ago I pulled my rib cage muscle on my right side after my first round of the year. I’m right handed. I’m using a couple of these since you posted them last month. Definitely will be using these stretches !! Thanks!!

To complete any rehabilitation or management program it may also be worth looking into strengthening and mobility exercises to encourage healing, stability and for future injury prevention.       @@OsteoandPhysio yes I work out on my BowFlex 3 times a week. Strength training. At 58, need to stay in shape !

    hurt my ribcage on monday found this video today did stretches as this wonderful lady shows it's like night and day the pain releif is oh wow will do more of these now top lady.
