I'm learning about amortization, appreciation and depreciation. This is awesome information! I'm going to start utilizing that info asap! First things first, let me create my LLC with part of my loan money, and then buy my property through the LLC. That way if I flop, the LLC will take the hit, and not me.

Personal growth can be done in any field and any position, as a business owner, self-employed, and or as an employee. It’s what drive you. At your core, are you a risk taker? What makes you feel alive? Honestly, I think starting your business has some and or nothing to do with personal growth. Some people are driven to business because of $$; while some left their high paying job to start a business because of personal interests and reasons. In fact, being a small business owner is stressful. I was self-employed, running a small business for years. It isn’t easy. If your industry doesn’t make you enough $$, you’re gonna struggle. Fascinating interview w/ both you and your wife. 1st time to watch / listen to ANYTHING by or about "Rich Dad" after being PROMPTED (really BUGGED to death by a relative !!) who wanted me to watch this video and listen to an 'interview' (??) it might have been a podcast that I listened to. I think you interviewed or you were interviewed by, Anthony Pompliano. Again, more great information that you shared. I will split my thoughts between 2 sets of comments. As much as I hated to admit it you both gave information and insight that was very timely and apropos to my life or things or things that had happened in my life. Right down to the specific instance of someone approaching me under the guise of, 'hey, let's go out and work together / make some money' / "make things happen". Yet every time $$ appeared said individual was the 1st one to grab the money when we were about to be paid and split it betw himself and other would-be INDEPENDENT workers -- each (supposedly) earning their own bit of $$. I couldn't figure that out at first. Funny thing about this person ........ once they could see that money could be maid by a group of us working (each for ourselves) then, this person approached us wanting to know if we would like to be 'investors' with him. Very consistent pitches were given. However, something in the back of my mind kept saying, 'NO......I don't think so. Not with this one' and I would always turn down his 'offer' to 'invest'. One day by chance I was walking past a doorway as this person and another were engaged in a conversation. I heard just enough to hear / learn that this person had done 2 stints in jail, racked up at least "2 strikes" for various crimes that skirted the boundaries of placement in 'Club Pen' for a grand total of 17 years !! Glad I turned this person down.
I love how respectful the both treat each other. They are ´real`partners in life ...and in business. They are so supportive with each other. It.s hard to come by people who have a similar mindset nowadays. who wann care and share. very inspiring to see how it could be. and also to see how far you can go (and further) if you have support (concerning sharing knowledge, sharing your dreams, acquiring knowledge, playing with it...having fun with it...) man...they make me feel good. also they a so down to earth...aren´t they? :D got a love it. tahnks for sharing guys...appreciate it. I did my LLC through my accountant for $400. You basically did everything for me. So I agree if you can't afford $400 forget it you don't have the wherewithal to be an entrepreneur.
As usual, Kim is excellent. As usual Robert's contempt is unjustified. I don't know what kind of school you went to where there is only one answer, man, but in good schools you learn to rigorously debate options and consider many answers. College education which provides super bright professors who can model and encourage critical thinking is invaluable. Robert, I suspect your poor dad professor dad gave you a lot more than you credit him with. My dad was a prof (a scientist) and I cherish what he taught me and the lessons have been hugely helpful to me in achieving financial independence at an early age and strengthening that financial independence, along with expanding creative opportunity, ever since. You offer a great deal but your relentless contempt for listeners and many others really gets tiresome.

I did my LLC through my accountant for $400. You basically did everything for me. So I agree if you can't afford $400 forget it you don't have the wherewithal to be an entrepreneur.
what state if i may ask? i paid a guy $700, for my llc, & am dtill waiting on my dunn & bradstreet #! wont answer calls etc.

As usual, Kim is excellent. As usual Robert's contempt is unjustified. I don't know what kind of school you went to where there is only one answer, man, but in good schools you learn to rigorously debate options and consider many answers.
College education which provides super bright professors who can model and encourage critical thinking is invaluable.
Robert, I suspect your poor dad professor dad gave you a lot more than you credit him with. My dad was a prof (a scientist) and I cherish what he taught me and the lessons have been hugely helpful to me in achieving financial independence at an early age and strengthening that financial independence, along with expanding creative opportunity, ever since.
You offer a great deal but your relentless contempt for listeners and many others really gets tiresome.
