BMW discontinuing heated seat subscription plan

BMW is reversing course on a plan to offer a heated seat subscription plan to customers in certain countries. For a while, the German automaker was offered a plan where cars not originally purchased with heated seats could pay $18 per month to activate them. BMW blames the program's failure on a lack of understanding of the program by the public. Critics called the original plan a money grab for a car is already equipped with seat heat. BMW owner Andy Riesmeyer reports.
