So I was wondering why Key Item Randomizer is only a Crystal thing in Pokémon, is it too hard to implement in other Gens?

I'd be super down to see more of this kind of race. Not from the TFS bois, necessarily, since I like Keiz and Hobz normal content too much, but it'd be neat to see for an RNG sometimes.
