Its actually insane how bad 1 man can be at this game while making it so funny at the same time, i felt so much pain for smallant the whole video
they shoulda boosted the catch rate of pokemon. there's no reason to leave vanilla since they can only catch one each area anyway.

@@crabnebula1816 Upwards of 200 times, I probably spent a good like 6 hours trying to catch one before I finally caved and used my masterball, I wanted it for my Elite Four Team and I figured it was worth it.

@@crabnebula1816 I had thunderwave and false swipe if I remember correctly (that false swipe strat took forever because of steel type) at a certain point it became worth it to use my masterball, you get a second one postgame in B2W2 anyway

Soullinks are like DnD, incredible fun, but good luck finding a friend who has this much time.
Run two would have been perfect if they were like 3 levels higher. CJ had a great chance if they were level 35-37
The blinding rage I would have felt if I were in Smallants position as your partner would be unfathomable. Every nuzlocke mistake one could possibly make, all condensed into one 50 minute video.

@@marius8930 They could have level capped. You know grind to the same level as the gym leaders ace. I mean that still would been OK. Cj ran in 10 levels lower than even the weakest mon there. He proceeded to get destroyed. That stops being fun and more frustrating cause Ant is the one who also suffers from those mistakes.

I like PC, but there isn't much to analyze about this. 90% of deaths were because they were speeding up and rushing or random counters/mirror coats

Actually, they are the perfect team. CJ being the risky and 'just go for it' guy and smant being the strategizer and 'we gotta plan this out' person. It makes for the most fun combo to watch! This is one of the most enjoyable Pokemon videos I've seen in a long time and that's saying something. We need to see more of the dynamic duo teaming up to see it through!

The battle counts to the nuzelocke so if, for example, Smant uses a bulbasuar and CJ uses a Smeargle, and Cj wins then Bulbasaur is dead like it would be in a regular nuzelocke
