    What about the A+ book?
Im in my mid 20s and would like to start my hacker learning journey. Im considering learn the A+, Network+ and Security+, in that exact order. Im planing just acquire the info in them and not get the respective certificates. Meanwhile im learning C language and liking the syntax so far, even if seem that many dont for some reason. After C probably im going learn the bash shell for my linux ubuntu starting journey (and probably java or c++ due to c similiarity).
Anyway, you could make a video about which paths you recommend follow, either academics or self-taught sides. Taking in account not only people with the recourses for such but also people that would want start making them feet wet soon as possible at the area so could make some money to fund them body well being (food at the table and paying bills) while acquiring experience from that job that would improve them hacking skills.
Also a video of what languages hackers should know, as sql for sql injecting, you could explain why each language you would recommend, jobs opportunities would be python due to its versality and with such high demand making it, i think, essencial for hacker to learn as so them can exploit. But yeah would be nice if you could make a video about programmes and even tools hackers should learn.

"Top 10: Best books for hackers", More like "10 Books I have." Having read through the Hacker Play Books, I feel that they are more about the concept of how to go about the process, rather than going into detail about how to do a specific thing. So while it is mostly recommended to read only the 3rd book, I feel the 1st two are still relevant and it will give you the background of how it got to the 3rd book. There are many other great books out there on penetration testing, ethical hacking, malware analysis, bug bounty hunting, antivirus evasion, and many other topics.

@@PentestsandTech- the list really hasn't changed since I started in the 90s. A+,n+,s+ - Unix Bible became the Linux Bible, wifi replaced dial up, and there are updated playbooks/exploitation guides. I would add a specialty WiFi/lte exploitation guide or cookbook and a detailed SSH manual or cookbook, but my current list would be close to twenty titles including dnssec, virtualization, and forensics. IMHO, 10 is just enough to get started or in trouble. I would still recommend art of exploitation(hacker logic development), security warrior (root), and wifoo(wifi except wpa2/3 and Wireshark), they are all 00's era, but I cannot find decent replacements, just addendums.
