I've ordered from Temu quite a bit, but on the news last night, there was a Temu warning specifically about the app. Evidently, Temu is able to find out people's dates of births & people are at risk of identity theft. First time I ever heard a warning, but just wanted to let you all know what was said. 🙂

Normally, they allow you to keep items. Even when you make the error. They are very good about this. Even the aprons. Basically, anything. The process is very easy.
I bought the cheapest arm hole design "towel". It has two snaps at the top, otherwise the flapper flaps. Yours looked more refined. Pretty color. Temu took a lot of hassle out of cleaning for me. So yes to the cleaning head bringing joy :) hehehe💙 xxoo A
I had bought the dog treat ball. I have an 8 month old basset hound. I got it for her because she gets bored and she doesn’t like eating dog food. So I’m able to take care of two issues with one toy. I have found I need to order a size up for clothing to fit. Tfs 😊
Everything I’ve returned I got refunded but didn’t have to return the item. Pretty cool. I think they go by how many items you order. I order A LOT!!! ❤
I’ve never returned anything from Temu, but I’ve heard from people that if you call them you got a damage product, that they will let you keep the item and return a credit also. Maybe if you didn’t pay a lot for it they would probably say forget it. Again, not sure if it’s true?
Yes, it's true, you are allowed one refund Per Order and get to keep the item,, After the first refund (in one particular order) you can still get a refund but have to return the item, the refund process is very easy, and they make the return process very easy, they send you a label, and you drop it off at the post office,,,

You can return things they won't have you send them back but they will refund your money especially that your merchandise was damaged a little
