@@epsonamerica Make sure you use the two indented hand holes on each side to life both the scanner AND paper feed sections. It is easy to just life the paper feed forgetting the scanner unit.
Unreal how this printer has already paid for itself. The HP that we used to use for the small business went on us. Annual ink expense was a grand! (Those little cube cartridges you had to replace every two to three weeks.) For the couple of hundred extra that we had to lay out to get an ET-3850, it was well worth it.

The reason I gave 4 stars for tech support (which I don't think this would classify as tech support) is because once you turn the printer on, it does require a little bit of start up time which may bother some who are in a hurry to quickly print something. To offset that though the printer prints very quickly. I would definitely purchase this printer again.

The ink tank cover will not raise. There is something on the left edge preventing it to raise. The video does not show anything at that location.
