Does anyone know what the WiFi passcode is for the mobile app? Mine creates its own WiFi but I tried 12345678 and 00000000 cus it’s a 8* digit code but it had never asked me to make one. Printing on WiFi is ok. But I’m mobile so I need to use it offline and pc is not always charged. My ios wifi finds it but no where can I find the WiFi code

I think setting up the printer using the "Epson Smart Panel App" on your phone is possible. Connect your phone to the printer by using the printer's "Wi-Fi Direct" feature (probably enabled through the printer's control panel) which allows the printer to connect to devices when no Wi-Fi network is available. During the setup, you need cell phone service for data transfers (to download firmware, etc.) I assume you can install firmware updates through the app as needed. Once the printer is set up and you have the Wi-Fi Direct connection to your phone, you should be able to print. Other devices can connect and print as well.
You need to go to your settings on your phone, tablet, laptop or desktop and search for the printer in the Bluetooth tab to pair it again. Also, make sure the printer is connected to the same wifi as your devices you are trying to print from. I hope this helps.
Help, I set up but only filled black ink and I realized what happened afterwards, and I filled color, but now its still not printing color, is there any way to bring this thing back to its factory Setup mode? So it will pump the color ink?
Clarification: If you have a dual-band router, you can have the Epson ET-2800 Printer on 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi and other devices on 5 GHz Wi-Fi. The 5 GHz devices can use the 2.4 GHz printer because all devices are on the same home network. This is my situation.
I like the printer but the Linux driver installation is a bit of a nightmare. On my 2nd day and still can't get it installed. Epson has the .deb driver files but no instructions on how to install? Tried calling Epson support they didn't seem to know how to do it either

My Windows machine doesn't have a CD player so need to download the software, but at the website for support of ET2800 there is NO LINK to the software package. HOW do I get it?

We are unable to print using WiFi. It will only photo copy. We are extremely disappointed with this printer. We have been back to those who sold it twice but with still no luck using the wifi.

Can multiple devices be hooked up to this? I just moved and now I can only find the printer on a single laptop.

Hi there! Try unpluggin and plugging back in. Then try resetting the ink levels. I hope this helps!
NOTE: According to the Epson ET-2800 specs, it only supports Wi-Fi 4 (802.11 b/g/n) which is 2.4 GHz, so it won't work with a 5 GHz Wi-Fi network.

It should be in the "advanced" tab. It can say "mirror" or "reverse [image] printing"
