    Fighting off a cold with 4 little ones at home - so grateful to have found you today. I've been doing online yoga videos for about 6-9 months now and it's changed my life. I have to say though, I LOVED your video today - you have a much deeper approach to yoga and explain things really well. I learned so much just in this one video and I only made it halfway through. I was sweating like crazy when I was done which is great! Yoga rarely makes me sweat. So excited I found you today! I will be doing more of your videos regularly now!

    I like this practice as n immunity building class rather than one to try when I'm fully sick. The circular motions are almost hypnotic - they feel so good.

    Have never seen such a complete practice. Thank you Brett. In a difficult moment. Faith in the body's intelligence. And the bravery and hope and feeling of power and vitality that comes (even within consciousness of how fragile we are) with the realization of how much we can do for ourselves, and for others, in times of grave illness.

    I'm going try this when I get off work in the morning! I work the night shift as a nursing assistant! When I get off, I'm drained and feel sluggish. This seems like a good practice! Thanks Brett!

    I have Lymes disease and have lost a lot of muscle. This and a few of your others have been challenging but wonderful for my body. I just wanted to say thank you for making these available to us all. A true blessing.

    Dear Brett, I agree with the comment below which said this sequence is a masterpiece. I did it twice the week when I seemed to be coming down with the flu....which never happened.....after both times i did it I felt completely balanced.

    Let me be honest with you, this is one of the best videos/routines I have found so far to make me follow through till the end. I feel much better after performing this routine while recovering from a nasty immunity depression. My wounds seem to be healing faster and quicker. I agree with most of the commenters here that your metaphysical plane is captivating. I am only surprised you don't have a million views yet.

    That was great! I have strep and I started this sequence feeling totally off, sore throat, body aches and all that. Now I'm active, my body feels fluid, and my throat is filled with good sensations and fresh energy. Thank you so much! You have a very positive energy and made me feel very safe

    I do feel better, and so grateful. Hoping this will keep me healthy despite lack of sleep. One thing: I would prefer another metaphor for rolling down than being punched in the stomach. I felt a little stressed when I heard you say that! :-)

    amazing rejuvenating sequence. I tend to shy away from online yoga vids for various reasons and am so glad to have found your videos.     came down with a terrible flu, and now have bronchitis.... no energy, but am going to try my hardest to go through this! Yoga is far better than taking medication :)

    Trying to figure out what I can teach tonight after a week of feeling congested and having little voice. Definitely a lot in your sequence that I can use comfortably with options I can suggest to my more energetic students. I'll probably add a supported bridge, shoulder stand and fish pose for my own congestion...always good in the winter. Some nice rounding, circular additions I'd never seen or thought of. I'm going to give they a try. Thanks for an interesting sequence.

    Dear Brett, really one of the best slow yoga flows I've come across. your description throughout the video is exceptional. since I'm not new into yoga I almost didn't have to look at the video because your diction was soooooooooo good. my only concern was that it's a bit tough when your recovering from illness. I had to stop after 30 mins after which I started feeling tired as my energy levels are not yet fully there. nevertheless amazing video. will be coming back to it. namaste from India

    Hey Brett, I just came across you not too long ago! LOVE your perspective, knowledge and workout! Love the freedom you encourage us to explore! One thing - is there anyway you can get a new microphone in the near future? The rumbling sound of the wind (especially in your Detox Yoga video) through the mic is not really peaceful and encourages static energy. Only a suggestion. I just know that if I heard only your peaceful voice (you could even include some music if you prefer) this practice would be even more powerful and would make me want to participate in your class daily!     I'm sorry to bother you with such silly question, but I was doing this sequence today and in the middle of the video I started noticing something moving in the back with a very weird shape and it freaked me a bit hahah, is there a tree with big leaf behind you or what? 'cos in the biging of the video it seems so but then through the middle and the end it almost looks like a person, but obviously is not, so I dont know if anybody else noticed it and I was wonder what else could it be 'cos it shines and it has a weird shape like I said, so yeah that hehe. Great sequence btw I really enjoyed it :D

      LOL - this place is near the beach so birds definitely fly overhead and it could be the shadow of a nearby tree or something. It also rained on my midway through this video...the clouds in the background keep moving and are pretty amazing. Anyway, hope it didn't freak you out too much!     I love yoga, but this is WAY too challenging to do if you're actually sick. I'll definitely be back, but only after I recover from this nasty head pounding stuffy nose.

    I am sick with the flu and thought I'd try your sequence. It by far was not gentle enough for the spinning head and stuffed nose. I liked your sequence until you misnamed Warrior III as warrior I.

    Terrible practice for when you are sick, half of the video impossible for a real sick person
