I just want to take a moment to thank Ashton for the captions. There's so much thought and consideration that goes into them; distinguishing between people talking, phonetic spelling and even including swears (you'd be surprised how many people block them out). Even the little comments from Ashton herself makes it feel like I'm included on an inside joke, instead of missing out on things like I usually do on videos without captions 🥺❤
I know, her captions are a significant part of the entertainment with these videos. So many people have no idea what they're missing out on if they have captions off!
It's not at all surprising that people censor swearing, btw. It significantly affects monetization. Captions, audio, and video in everything uploaded to YT is scanned for restricted language (unfriendly to certain advertisers) and copyright infringement. Being plain text, captions are the easiest to scan & catch EVERYTHING so it makes sense to censor swears if they could negatively affect your AdSense revenue. People rarely censor themselves by choice, if they didn't want curse words in their content they wouldn't use them 😉
If you like olive oil: cook spaghetti, fry garlic and pepperoncini on good olive oil and add a tiny bit of water from pasta to it, you have god tier food in 7 minutes. But I use olive oil for everything 😂

The calamine lotion thing looks like something that might look good on camera, maybe in photos too, but not great in real life. At first I thought it was that "trend" of painting your face white first and then putting foundation on top of that.
Calamine lotion is typically used for chickenpox, it is drying and people with oily skin might think it’s a great, super cheap primer, however, it is not recommended for extended use, it can be incredibly harsh on the skin if left on too long and used too frequently.

i’m pretty sure there have been studies that show sugar causes micro-tears on your face because the skin is too delicate for how rough and abrasive the sugar is too. i’m not a super huge fan of sugar or nut scrubs

I had to put ot all over my family after a swim trip gone awry (Not so fun fact, my sister has allergies to EVERYTHING. Conditioners, public handsoap, GRASS, just everything. On that exact trip she managed to get swimmers itch with the rest of the family, then peed in the woods while leaning on a tree. So she also got poison oak and that plant that I forget the name of. She had to get I.V. benadryl it was so bad. Just hives EVERYWHERE.) I quite enjoyed the smell of it. They were disfusted, I xant help but wonder if the idea that it smells bad is because people usually use it when they are miserable and itchy. My city half of the family never did go camping with us again 😂
The last welsh twins video felt a bit flat, like both boys weren't really feeling it. But with Robert clearly super excited for the little mermaid rewatch, he was like a happy kid jumping out of his seat all video.
