Now live in this house in 50 thousand on rent. And pocket rest for your use. Tell this owner. Its too much. People can see through.
And i have not taken 2.60 as demended by owner.

Can such homes be sold to builders who can construct flats on this land? Is it permissible by municipal authorities in lanes of Rajendra Nagar. There are many old houses in Rajendra Nagar constructed in big plots but age of the houses are more than 50 years. I guess it would be profitable to approach big builders if the plot area is big and age of the house is 50 plus. What would you suggest?
