Even i felt the same. My parents bought home in pune in 2004,in 2007, mom and dad were suppose to live life peacefully after dads retirement. In august, my mom suffered from brain haemorrhage, since then, her left side is paralysed. Although they bought flat, imagining building such type of house, would have been horror. I think the house is good but building it considering unforeseen events of future is wise.

Construction cost is very high now. In last three years the cost of construction has increased to twice. However, you may try to purchase a cheaper land and build it yourself than it is possible in your budget. All the best .❤️❤️
