Actually and legally , all of them deserve to be there
Suzanne had a mental illness she should’ve been in a facility in the first place. But as her mother said even if Dylan's death was unintentional, but legally despite her mental illness she was still charged for child kidnapping and non-voluntary manslaughter and she had to serve time although she was a danger sometimes to other inmates. She never got the help and accommodations she needed that she could have had in a mental illness facility. So I think morally she doesn’t deserve to be here.
