All rents should be at market value in all California depending on the city or county.

and I will have to give a 30 day notice
when can I give this tenant notice regarding my repayment of loss rent

I applied for housing is key and asked my tenant to apply she pretended to apply but did not follow through and with this program if your tenant did not follow this program the could not receive any rent owed you

@@shirleyharding3815 oh wow. That's horrible that she didn't take the time to apply. That's so lazy and inexcusable on her behalf

This is not true. The Resolution applies to all tenants through March 31, 2023 - depending on the reason. The income requirement only applies failure to pay rent.

    very confusing?
i've told la county could raise rent 5%+7.9% cpi=12.9%

Under AB 1482 it's 5% plus annual Consumer Price Index (CPI) to a maximum of 10%. So no more than 10%. As far as LA County, it depends on many other factors like where specifically the property is (incorporated city or unincorporated area) what type of property (single family home, duplex, multi) and in some cases how the property is held.

NO MORE THAN 10% , GREEDY ONE!
