Great catch LowHud. Also, looks like someone lost their water bottle off truck 3 right into the intersection. You can see it fall off right at 1 min in from next to the bucket.
@@LowHudEmergency I caught it on the first watch through but I had to go back 2 more times to see what it was. Thought maybe a chief's helmet at first, but I don't know a chief who'd wanna be that badly embarrassed LOL!
Each company used to operate as separate volunteer companies in different houses across Middletown. When they amalgamated to form Middletown Fire Department they retained their colors and company traditions and moved into a single station. Its pretty common in New England to see this as most fire companies there date back over 100 years and tradition runs strong in the fire service in general.
@@Stargazzer811 This is mostly true, but the companies are still independent of one another; they just operate under the same guise. And Middletown FD currently operates out of three stations.
@@LowHudEmergency Ahhh ok cool. I know there's a few different departments that operate in similar fashion across New England and the Mid-Atlantic. It's one of the cool cultural things about the fire service and the East Coast in general.
@ the coolest design and paint job fire truck around me is an all black green numbering with a skull wearing a fire helmet painted on the backside heavy rescue response truck that goes out for big or terrible accidents and other big calls around me. You see it hauling ass down the road you know it’s a big or important call because it doesn’t go out much besides for public events like parades or school educational events
Now that's a very Colorful station, Love the trucks.Great catch.
Thanks!
Nice catch! The green and black sure looks good on the tower!
Thanks!

Agreed!
I agree; thanks for watching!
Awesome video!
Thank you!
Love the colors - great video!
Thank you!
Sick!
Thanks!
Love that they are all different colors!
Why Are The Trucks Different Colors?
Company colors, tradition is keeping the appartus to orginal colors they are all independent fire companies operating under 1 fire dept roof...
I like that orange color firetruck. That sucker shirt to stand out in the winter and summertime.😊

Never seen an orange fire truck in real life
I've caught a few orange fire trucks responding before. Check out Village of Mamaroneck Engine 42 or Sleepy Hollow Engine 87 on my channel.
