Use shift and arp then select pattern. You can create midi patterns like hi hat rolls and other things to speed up workflow and give happy accidents. I forgot how I did it but also created progressions using scaler 2 in the MPC software and imported it to the force to have custom progressions in the notes menu for chords.
@@garret765 I hadn't messed with the "pattern" option until now! yea that could be a cool way to get some random variety in arp mode. Thanks for the tip!
@@garret765 Also, that's dope that you are importing progressions. That could be a cool way of importing a song but with flexibility on what sounds to use for each track
Yes Sir Let the FORCE be with You my Bro, I luv that machine👈🏾💪🏾👊🏾💪🏾
You’re amazing dude, I love it! Keep it up ❤️
@@JesusChristForLife. Thanks. And we'll keep it up. Some times I'm chopping; other times I'm doing weird synth stuff. I'm all over the place 🙃
I love it. Thanks for the Akai Force content.
@@ZacharyWolf-g9m no prob. The force is always inspiring to work on
Genuine chop session!
@@chantheartist5384 it's so easy with the force
Dope! They flip that same sample in a Wise Intelligent song.

never seen that before, whew the mpk mini was enough of a learning curve for me lol. great session!
@@Ellenie. Ha. There's definitely a learning curve. But, you can do some damage with just an mpk mini and dope vsts!
That was dope! Great live playing my man
thanks!
Bravo! You've really impressed me.

@@GenocidePanda this was my first time doing something like this. People seem to be digging it
Not thought of using the arp on drums, that's great!
It's a fun way to lay down drums. It also kind of trains you to play on time.

Awesome 👏🏿 Job with the Cinematography. Only thing I could ask for is them bars Dr.J. We know you got em’ bruh….
So good I had to watch it twice
them bars do be coming out lesser and lesser these days. but, you right
damn that looks fun
Always fun chopping up the samples
I never really used the ARP or note repeat, but I'll try it more. Dope beat!
It's fun. Works better on 'note repeat' mode
