The thing I really enjoy is that all three groups - Voctave, PTX and Home Free (plus VoicePlay, who you haven't heard yet) - excel at what they do, and they all do different things and have their own distinct, wonderful styles. I wouldn't say one is better than the other. It's not a competition to me - it's just so much more to enjoy!

I am a real Voctave lover, but another genre. I wish you would check out is barbershop. There are some fantastic singers, and one of them is an international championship quartet called a ringmasters, and their version of you’ll never walk alone/climb. Every Mountain is amazing and I think you should check it out, there are also some fantastic groups in barbershop and there are also a lot of people that will subscribe to your channel if you have some barbershop on.

All these songs were written by the G.O.A.T John Williams. Love his music. Several of these singers have their roots solidly in Barbershop music who know how to blend flawlessly. Check out Main Street Quartet with Tony De la Rosa. If you want a good deep bass, check out Voice Play. Prepare your ears for a lower bass than you have ever heard before. The high soprano is Katie Lott. She is a true treasure.
Yes, it is a shame they are not more mainstream, but they are getting there! For people new to the A Capella genre, Voctave is the gold standard IMO. Everyone else is awesome by their own right, but Voctave is just pure excellence. I seen another comment that says you haven't reacted to Voiceplay yet? So after rewinding and fast forwarding I realized what was missing. When your cat accidentally fast forwarded your video you never rewound it to listen to what you missed. You were at 1:39 before and you would have heard the star wars theme but sadly it was missed and your cat accidentally moved you forward to 2:56. I only wish you could have heard the star wars theme as well.
Full group is 11 people, normally all 11 participate but not in this one for some reason. Also 2 of the members in this video left the group on good terms, and 2 new members have joined.

All the members are current or former members of Voices of Liberty at DisneyWorld in Florida, and Jamie Ray (of the male singers in this video) started the group out of that as to bring that unique sound beyond the Park :):) I adore them, they’re truly cream of the crop!
I love the way you were totally blown away by this group; so was I. The high soprano is Kate Lott, and I don't think anyone knows just how high she can go. They won't let her go that high because it might shatter all the TVs, monitors, and glass in the vicinity. There are sometimes more members present in their videos. I think it's a matter of who is available when they do the videos. If you think this one is good, you should review the Disney Princess Medley, where they actually sing, and the Showstoppers Medley by them. Also the Disney Love Medley featuring Kirstin Maldonado of Pentatonix. This group is phenomenal and should be singing all the themes in the Disney movies, but they are not, even though most of them sing in The Voices of Liberty at Disney World.
Voctave is by far and away the best, and here They were missing two of their members, Carl a deep bass and Chrystal an Alto. Please do more Voctave reactions.

Geoff (pronounced Jeff) Castellucci covers Black Bird by The Beatles and 16 Tons made famous by Tennessee Ernie Ford in the early '60s.
I think you just have to not compare them. Voctave is chorale/ vocal orchestral... they are outstanding. Kate is in my opinion one of the most amazing coloratura sopranos ever. I agree popular music is often autotune rubbish... Check out their cover of Someone like me. You should also check out Post Modern Jukebox Creep cover. It will blow your socks off. Peter Hollens is another a cappella genious. What he can do with arranging and layering is amazing... he does also do some lighter fun arrangements, but his big arrangements are better in my opinion.
