Really good haul, Mandi. I need more shelf liner too. The stuff I got was from Amazon and it slides all over the place. I like the rubber backing you found. I'll have hubby go in for me hahaha Also, I have the exact same mirror at the end of my haul. We used the Command Strips to put it up a couple years back and it hasn't budged.
My daughters got me into using the metal shelves w/drawers in the bathroom vanities - game changer! It's interesting to learn you're renting a new-construction house. My firm teamed up with Invitation Homes to procure lots for their build-to-rent program here in FL, and we've done 1,061 houses with them since 2021.
There were a lot of rentals online that weren’t even finished being built yet! There is a large demand at the moment but not enough supply so I’m not surprised. But the costs have gone up so much I don’t understand how people can afford it. I don’t want to be paying these prices for more than a year that’s for sure!
@@mandiesplace - For sure, prices are crazy high. The houses Invitation Homes buyers through us, then rents here in my city (Port St Lucie) are 1,809 sq ft under air, 4 bed/2ba/2car, only a very small open patio, and they rent for $2,650/mo. 😓
@@betterlivingonabudget That's a 2 bedroom apartment here in Pacific Northwest. More and more people are having to build or look for, multi generational homes. Kids can't afford to buy.
@@kendrafullofjoy - Yowza, that is just crazy. Young adults are all upset about housing prices - It's the first time I recall 20-somethings paying attention to the economy. Hopefully there will be a silver lining to this crazy inflation.
