Yes!!! For sit down restaurant we LOVED ChiBang! We normally stuck with the asian side of the menu. For quick service Scott loved Big Chicken. Even if the line was long it went fast and the chicken is so good!
They were so rude. I only went to main dining 1 time because the service was so bad. I loved my room attendant he was amazing. I was talking to him, and he told me that the crew that's on had been on since the first sailing. That's 6 months, no days off, and the cruise after my sailing will be there last, and they would have 3 months off. I think we just experienced an overworked crew. There were a lot of complaints. I was disappointed and will not cruise XL again.

I was just on jubilee last week and the customer service was terrible on the cruise it surprised me because I never had that experience before.
Wow! We had some not so great customer service on Carnival but never on Excel Class....please tell me what happened

Understandable. We had a similar issue with MSC honestly.
