How To Cook Perfect Sous Vide Fluffy Mashed Potatoes

- Sous vide mashed potatoes are a delightful twist on the classic comfort food. Instead of boiling the potatoes, you’ll use the sous vide method to create a flavourful and creamy side dish.
Ingredients - serves 4 - 6 portions. Freezes well.
1kg (2.2lbs) Potaotes - Russet, Maris Piper, King Edward, Yukon Gold or an alternative all-rounder
200 ml (just under a cup) of whole/full fat milk
125g (1/2 cup) unsalted butter
