Daily Deck Update 7: Upper Level is Done

Despite rain and cold, I managed to finally get all the railing sin the upper level. This leaves just the stairs to do. It was a day of cold and intermittent rain (after rain all day Tuesday). The weather was not favorable, but I fought through the weather and more runs to the DIY store, and some typical errors in tricky areas, but it is done on the top.
