- Not genuine SNES-style, but I hope this sounds very close to it.
The trinity is now complete to accompany Thiel's original 8-bit version and 40Nix' 32-bit/MM8-style cover. It took me 3 days to finish this. T'was a bit tricky to cover, but thankfully I managed.
Admittedly, this didn't vibe with me quickly than I anticipated when I first listened to it. It turns out to be a grower at first before it becomes a banger in my case, and I've learned to appreciate it for what it is. I'm also surprised, but pleased that this is a massive deviation from the usual Mega Man music style formulas most fan composers stick to, and that prompted me to cover this.

This is awesome! Listening to the piece with different instruments makes stuff I didn’t notice about its structure just pop right out and it’s cool as heck!

I was just about to ask how you got the samples sounding like that. I genuinely thought you you worked out some clever way to "up-sample" or "un-lo-fi" the slap bass and "synth trumpet" square wave, in particular, from MM7. If those are custom, nice job; but even if you merely picked them out, still, good ear. ;D
