    It took 200 rounds for mine to break in and after that it got smooth as silk! It's been a great pistol!

    I have one I picked up used made in 2019 that shoots good. Only thing is I have had an issue removing the firing pin bc of the firing pin plate being staked I believe. Took mine completely apart and put it back together.

    Seen them listed for 700-1000 from gun shops and sporting stores but i got mine from a pawn shop with a custom punisher compensator and grips with extra mags for 500. I'm pretty happy with it

    Been considering the 1911 Taurus for my next purchase but I always research their offerings a lot before committing given their checkered past with reliability. Thank you for the video and for the price they are starting to seem like a reliable 1911.

    Sure is one sexy 1911! I'm a fan of stainless models... my very first was all stainless. I ca't pronounce S&B either...always just say S&B...lol. The nice thing about 45acp is how easy it is to reload and how long the brass lasts. It was one of the first calibers I learned to reload. Nice 1911 brother! Hope you have a great weekend!

    Tengo una y la única queja que tengo es que ni el gatillo, martillo, área del agarre dónde está el resorte del martillo ni el gancho de desmonte y los seguros son Stainless steel. Se oxidan. Lo demás muy buena.

    I just purchased a Taurus TH45 ACP with a 13 round capacity a couple of days ago and I hope I don’t have the buyers remorse because I am having a lot of trouble with it. I have already contacted Taurus, to see if they can help me exchange it, or warrantee it one or the other But it’s only been about two weeks since I’ve had it I’ve only been able to fire one full magazine through it and I bought this one for $485 out the door. I hope I don’t have a lot of trouble with Taurus, like everybody says they do this is my first one ever and so far it is not a good experience.

      Every 1911 has a breaking period of 500 rounds. I would recommend getting Wilson combat magazines too. Mec gar is great but for whatever reasons they sometimes don't perform in 1911s.

      My g3 was slightly dry when I bought it , I put maybe 25 rounds through it and it jammed maybe 5 times out of the 20. I put some oil on it and it never have me a issue after ,

      My Taurus, TH 45 ACP is now just sitting at the bottom of my sock drawer. Taurus, was not really trying to help me solve any issues. I did purchase the firearm brand new out the box and as I mentioned, I purchased it so I could Judge tours on my own merit and it seems to be as everyone else I have a lot of issues with it and as far as taking it apart and polishing all kinds of stuff I am not a gunsmith. I can clean the gun and perform basic maintenance but it’s just like a person who drives a car. They are a driver, but not a mechanic.

      So u would rather have a cast frame lol. Clearly you don’t understand 1911’s. You have got to stop listening to the trolls that bash Taurus and regurgitate lies. I’ve never had a problem with Taurus revolvers or their 1911’s or the G3C’s. I also own and run H&K’s, FN, Glocks, Sigs, and many other brands. I can tell you first hand experience they make good guns. ALL brands have issues when they make mass weapons/products.

    • @mrdato116
      @mrdato116 6 หลายเดือนก่อน +2

      I like this better than shiny stainless. Plus that coating Taurus does is very durable and rust resistant. If you don't like it , I think you can remove that matte finish and polish it
