My husband and I had a huge surprise an unexpected pregnancy just found out Monday 10/17/22 we are both in agreement to have the baby it will be my 5th c-section😬 I am terrified and having tons of mixed emotions because my 4th was done 02/20/20 and that c-section had complications. I keep waking up in the middle of the night with the scariest thoughts but I just pray that fear away🙏🏼 now I’m here watching other womens stories for some hope and peace of mind☺️

@@truptiuikey6094 for me pain was about the same for both c-sections. The only difference is that I was a bit more mentally prepared for everything the 2nd time around. That was my first c-section story too! Hardly dilated amd fetal distress. 2nd I could have done a trial of labor but something told me no and when they cut me open, my uterus was paper thin and they told me I for sure woukd have ruptured. 3rd baby, uterus was strong as an ox but cord was around baby's neck and they would have died if I pushed. 4th baby was 19 months after 3rd and medicine didn't help in recovery, but im stronger for it. Going to have my 5th c-section next month. Mine was caused similar to yours, I was induced (because of pre-eclampsia) but my son's heart rate dipped after contractions and went so low they said let's get him out. My next baby was 14 months after and breech so no VBAC. 3rd Child was 12 months later. Then 6 years later we had our 4th and my OB practice and I decided a repeat was still best option. Now baby 5 is 17 months after baby 4. However my OB practice is pushing me to get a tubal/be "done".

This is an interesting video however it is possible to have a VBAC after more than 1 C-section. I just recently had a VBA2C and it was a beautiful experience. My MFM specialist explained the risks of placenta accreta to me and it scared me to death that's why I chose not to have a 3rd C-section. Did your OB ever explain the risks of accreta/increta/perceta? Women's who've had several C-sections are at a higher risk of ending up with it

How old was your youngest each time you got pregnant. My husband and I have always wanted six kids. I had an emergency c-section with my first baby. I labored for about 24 hours and then I pushed for two and a half hours. She was sunny side up. After my OB cut me open and took her out he saw that my sacrum is curved in to much. I get pregnant again when my daughter was 8 months old. I would prefer my kids to be in close age to each other. My second is only three months and two weeks old. If I did not have a c-section I would be trying again for a third. I don’t think it would be wise to do so because of the c-section.
