The Jeep Gladiator may look like a Wrangler with a pickup bed stuck on the back of it, but it is so much more than just that! Jeep's entry into the mid-sized pickup segment, the Gladiator brings class leading towing capacity, trail rated off road abilities and the fun factor of having a convertible, door-less truck! I had the opportunity to spend a week with this Gladiator and see what it was like to live with one. Check out this vlog of my time with the Gladiator, driving it around town, running errands, off-roading, road-trip, removing the doors and roof and much more!

Just got my Gladiator. Sport S with max tow package in Gator green. Put Falken 33” on it within 5 days. Have it a little lift just doing they. I love this thing. Don’t miss my Challenger R/T at all.
Nice rig man. Cool to see it offload and still working with those tires.

I bought one and its fun to drive its a toy for grownups i do donuts on dirt i drive over curbs and swerve off asphalt road to dirt side of road just to throw the teuck a little sideways very fun little truck to drive and easy to control i park it in alley behind my house and every time i turn into alley i turn off traction control and floor it so much fun to drive it sideways

I think the tow package is an absolute must. This vehicle does not appear to be equipped with it. You get the beefier Dana 44 axles and 4.10 gears just like the rubicon except without the lockers (which you can easily add later). You can delete all the fancy led lighting to make up for the difference in price
Im hoping to do the willys edition this summer in either the sting grey or the sarge green!

Love my 2019 Rubicon wrangler unlimited, it's my daily and I came from a BMW 340 msport. More fun to drive in nyc than a BMW or any sports car

traded in my 2018 JK off road modified Jeep for a new 2020 Overland Gladiator. My off roading days are done (too expensive). I love my Gladiator . Quiet smooth highway drive and not sure what some say about the steering because my gladiator has super 'tight' steering. I may travel some dirt trails with my gladiator but not going rock crawling anymore. My favorite Jeep to date
I have a 2020 gladiator as well and have oversized tires and aftermarket wheels and the steering is a little sloppy because of the tires but it is not anything bad to deal with.
I was considering a Rubicon, figured resale would be best, but I ended up in a Willys because I'd rather hike a riverbed than drive down one lol.

(2021 Jeep Gladiator Rubicon)
Hey, I bought that exact gladiator. Silver overland. I had the dealer change out the tires to Nitto Ridge Grappler 33"x12.5"x18" tires and it looks amazing. Those tires fit the stock rims and dont rub. It completely transformed the look of the Overland...makes it look even tougher than a Rubicon.

My issue is the height with my garage. I have a 75-76 in clearance. What made you go with the overland vs the Rubicon?

When it is time for new tires check out Milestar Patagonia MT. Way more capable tire than stock tires.

I have had one for a while now, got some stuff added to it. I'm still super disappointed in the highway tires on the overland trim. The handles on the doors are a bit loose in my opinion.

It’s so stupid Jeep puts street tires on their “overland” model. Overlanding means off road. Street tires on sport models, put those falken all terrain on overland model and put those falken mud terrain on the rubicon (which some do have, but it should be standard)
Yeah...I don't get that, either. What was Jeep thinking?
Still, it's an easy fix (get off-road tires or at least, AT tires), even if an expensive one.

Bought a Gladiator over a Raptor?
Depends on use case and budget. Raptor is much larger, remember the gladiator is a midsized pickup!
EddieX yeah that is true I just thought you were about speed and overall performance. The raptor is larger but I think it is also superior in most scenarios.
EddieX I also understand price could play a factor as well.
@@philo2197 for speed I have cars like the RS7 haha. The raptor is badass, I love it. If I could afford one that would be my truck. The gladiator is much much more versatile tho

Best looking pickup that was ever made in my opinion. I don't want a generic Toyota or Furd. Gimme the utility of a 4 door truck with a 5 foot bed and Jeep Wrangler axles & drivetrain any day. Been driving for over 30 years now, & the 2021 Gladiator is the first new vehicle that I ever owned.
You think a couple of added lights and some useless electronics justify a price of over 50K?....YOU NEED THERAPY!
