Just started watching your channel not too long ago when I decided to begin working out. Been watching your new videos and they really help out a lot! My favourite workout for sure is the Pushups with the dumbbells since its the hardest one to continuously keep doing but it helps muscles all around the body. I highly recommend continuing them in future videos been loving the content!
