I was expecting something else from this video, but saw something and question posed on which I can throw a beam of light or two, actually research based theory that is borne out of my original experiences and thought experiments.
I mean I know the reasons why Indian villages and ethos seem so different from that of western countries. And those reasons can explain a lot more than that. It can also explain a lot about religion, the approach to life, etc.
In short I can say that the reasons are embedded in the physicality of the land itself, that affects a whole lot of stuff around.

In the US, once I visited my daughters friend home. I left my daughter for a play date there. Her mom didnt even invite me to sit on the couch. I did all the talking standing. I immediately observed the stark difference in treating guests which values are deep rooted in me. We Indians first invite them, make them sit, make them feel comfortable....it may seem normal to us but you will realize how bad if you aren't even invited to sit and talk

Having been to India several times and having been received like a family member by so many and having been adopted by grand mothers as their own daughter I feel very sad that Europeans do not welcome visitors in any way like Indians. There was a time when in every farm in Switzerland, my own country, a seat and a table set and plate would be readied at every meal in case a visitor or weary traveller would knock at their door. Such lovely tradition is for most a thing of the past here, where wealth has turned the citizen into selfish people suspicious of foreigners or just simple travellers. If you are seen wondering aimlessly at night you will be likely reported to the police and arrested on suspicion of being a vagabond...

Special mention of a small isolated village of Wadphali, a small isolated village in the border line of Maharashtra and Gujarat located besides Venganga river.

The last time when the Indians came up with a competitive software that could have posed a serious challenge to Amazon ; unlike the Chinese , their creed overtook their nationalism. Apologies if being offensive,
For example : If your ancestors did something wrong to mine or vice versa , you cannot blame urself or me for whatsoever happened in past.
Ofcourse, you can prepare urself mentally and take an initiative to eliviate the prevalent norms that promote hatred and on those ideologies that appreciate atrocities on one's who act and believe differently and that's what I wish the world to be more like otherwise one can have no purpose whatsoever.
My only aim of life is to improve quality of life and economic development of our country and every single individual living in it, what does it matter what religion or caste they follow or belong to respectively. It is a personal belief for everyone to pursue until and unless that's causing the society to suffer.

Also, I am Hindu completely but I have this weird tendency to call out people if they put religion in the way of an argument(it probably stupid, but bear with me). This limits who can give their opinions and what people talk about, effectively making the real problem more about religious beliefs than the original problem.
